At Odyssey Partnerships we firmly believe that every touchpoint in a customer journey has its own value and that they all deserve credit for that. That’s why we’d like to work with cross-channel multi-touch attribution; an attribution model that takes all touchpoints in customer journey into account instead of only the last one.

Odyssey Partnerships works based on the insights of our attribution tool Odyssey Attribution. Odyssey Attribution applies multi-touch attribution to all converting customer journeys, calculating an incrementality index per traffic source, including affiliates. Based on the incremental value of a publisher in the customer journey, Odyssey calculates a suggested commission based on the performance of the full customer journey. Because every click in the journey is rewarded for their contribution, publishers are finally getting the credit they deserve.
