Yes, it is more than possible to customize attribution models in Odyssey and add your own personalized models. As a user, you can adjust the formula used for the attribution model and thus “build” your own model.

Simply open Odyssey and enter the Attribution Models tab after clicking on View Settings. Then you are able to choose your attribution model of choice, and if needed, add your own formula and thus your own model.

This allows you to adjust the attribution over the respective touchpoints any way you like. Your Customer Success Manager can provide support and advice to you on this matter.
